My rates do depend on the level of the student, as well as on the distance I have to travel. The cost of travel I have specified is for 10km radius from my house. If I have to travel 20 km from my house, I will charge R30. This will also change as the petrol price goes up.
I do have a cancellation policy, lessons cancelled before 24hrs of the lesson, can be cancelled. If however a lesson is cancelled less than 24 hrs before the scheduled time of the lesson, the full amount will be payable, in case such amount does not get paid, no lessons will be given until the amount is paid. Lessons can be re-scheduled free of charge.
