I’m Pratheeksha—a teacher by profession with a Master’s in Social Work (Counseling), dedicated to guiding others toward a life of balance and fulfillment. I believe that a happy mind creates a happy body and that inner peace leads to outer strength. Having completed a Diploma in Yoga and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certified by Yoga Alliance, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to support your wellness journey.My passion for art, journaling, and mindfulness fuels my journey, where I seamlessly blend the transformative practices of yoga with the nurturing essence of self-awareness.
