About Tobi
I was fat and insecure and didn't realize what I was doing wrong.
Getting in shape improved my life on every level and it's something that is worth experiencing by everybody, and that is what I aim to teach. You won't need another trainer after this.
I've been researching the topic of nutrition and fitness training for the past 4 years and implementing what I've learned.
I can safely say it has brought me vitality and improved my immune system. And I am almost 30 years of age.
Furthermore, I deeply care about good service and this includes making sure you achieve your fitness goal with proper support along the way.
