About Sebastian
I am a student of human medicine at UKE Hamburg, a former competitive athlete and Ironman 70.3 triathlete. He is also a trained expert in medical training theory and nutritional advice. In total, I have 15 years of experience in competitive sports (in several disciplines) and nutrition. I would love to help you achieve your goals!

My teaching method is very much geared towards long-term cooperation and above all a "lifestyle change" through my advice. After getting to know each other for the first time, we will evaluate together whether I can help you with my expertise in your current situation. This is followed by a detailed anamese conversation, a joint development of your nutrition and fitness goals, as well as the final development of a plan to achieve your goal with a foreseeable perspective. I am happy to be at your disposal for weekly check-ins. This enables us to continuously improve your plan in order to achieve your goal even faster.
