About Francia Elena
I am a retired physiotherapist from Colombia and a native Spanish speaker with a Master's degree in Spanish Linguistics. I have been teaching Spanish for the last 15 years and Spanish dialects are my specialty. I love teaching my language and culture. I have had students of different ages and with different objectives, so each class is designed according to the student's need.

My teaching method is very simple but effective. I base my classes on culture as I want my students to be passionately involved in it. I approach each topic through conversation, but I also enjoy reading, writing, and listening activities during class. I will prepare activities to do at home and discuss in the next class (in other words, I love that students do homework)
