Also did you know that communication is 7% verbal and 93% non verbal????
With over a decade of experience I got to realization that what works the best is a combined method of working with the subconscious mind and mirroring work because our exterior world is a reflection of our internal world...
In my coaching I work with groups and individuals
The difference between a group to individual coaching is that When I go to group it’s usually by a subject that can help the group to achieve a team goal and when it’s individual I will build a custom made program based on the Coachee needs
I usually love to combine NLP and spiritual shadow/mirror work.
