About Anton

World Wushu Champion (World, European & USA titles), Master of Sports, Cirque du Soleil artist, certified Pedagogue-Psychologist, and holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration. I am the creator of Body Intellect — a proprietary performance methodology integrating martial arts, qigong, yoga, acting techniques, and sports psychology (bodyintellectmethod.com).

With 15+ years of coaching experience and 1,000+ students trained across my European academy (15 branches), I bring a unique combination of elite athletic discipline, performing arts mastery, and psychological insight to every session.

Trained at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in the Chekhov, Stanislavski, and Meisner techniques, and at Groundlings Theater (improv). Former Cirque du Soleil artist with extensive film and stunt work experience. Black Belt 1st Dan in Karate.

I work with executives, high-net-worth families, athletes, actors, and children — delivering personalized coaching that replaces 3-5 specialists (trainer, psychologist, coach, mentor, children's instructor) with one trusted professional.

Based in Los Angeles. Available for in-person and online sessions. US Green Card holder.

About the lesson

Every session is built around YOU — your goals, your body, your pace. My teaching method, Body Intellect, is a unique system I developed over 15+ years that integrates the best of martial arts (wushu), qigong, yoga, acting techniques, and sports psychology into one powerful framework.

What you can expect:
— Acting & Performance: Deep work with Chekhov, Stanislavski, and Meisner techniques. Scene study, monologue preparation, audition coaching, physical expressiveness, and stage presence.
— Wushu & Martial Arts: Forms, self-defense, discipline, coordination, and physical confidence — adapted for beginners to advanced levels.
— Qigong & Breathwork: Stress reduction, mental clarity, energy management, and mindfulness practices.
— Body Awareness & Movement: Combining yoga, martial arts, and acting to develop physical intelligence and emotional resilience.
— Children's Programs: Age-adapted sessions (ages 4-16) focusing on discipline, creativity, confidence, and coordination through movement and play.

Each lesson is personalized. I work one-on-one and in small groups. Sessions are available in person (Los Angeles area) and online via Zoom.
