About Sandra
I am Sandra Esterhuizen and I would really like to see students do well in Afrikaans. I will go out of my way to help. I have a BA (HED) degree, but have taught Afrikaans throughout the years from Gr. 2 to 12, Home language and first additional language.

The first thing to do is to find out what their worst struggle in Afrikaans is. Any foreign language is difficult to learn and I put myself in their shoes. I tutor Afrikaans so that the student will be able to understand, remember and spell the words correctly.
Pronunciation, sounds, meaning, understanding of sentences and words, sentence construction as well as Afrikaans terminology is my main aim. I especially like to teach students especially those who’s home language is not Afrikaans. I have a BA(HED) degree and can tutor any student in any grade.
