About Zak
I am 16 and have been training in Martial arts since the age of three.I currently have a Blackbelt in kickboxing and a Blackbelt in Karate. I have been competing on an international level in karate and kickboxing for the last 4 years and I currently hold three different world titles, I also have the experience of multiple Muay Thai fights and teaching students at my own club in all 3 arts. I have a passion for teaching my sports and love to help people improve.

I base my classes on the way I have been trained which is a friendly approach of imparting my knowledge in a session based on the level of fitness and ability of the students that are involved. Each class will differ based on the individual’s because I truly understand that everyone starts at a different level and everyone learns in a different way.
