About the lesson

The number of lessons depends on your needs.
- 1st lesson (60 min): listen to your needs and goals, and then we build a series of personal development lessons that are agreed with you.
- From 2nd lesson to the end (90 min): 10 min for meditation in the beginning, 60 min for delivering the lesson and how you can practice at home, 20 min for listening to your reflection and discussing the agenda of the next lesson.
- The practice exercises are delivered during all lessons and keep track frequently to ensure your improvement.
- You can ask questions anytime during the class.
