I base my classes on my student's needs and goals - we set out an action plan together of what they need to accomplish in both the short and long term, we assess strengths and weaknesses together, and choose materials and learning objectives. Once lessons begin, I facilitate collaborative learning to build on and integrate skills in a 'bridge' to the end goal. Every lesson has a clear goal and specific aim with work to link between a previous lesson and a future lesson.
