About SAKSHI
Namaste, I am Sakshi Bhardwaj (FitnessWali). I am into this profession from past 7 years. I have been suffering from multiple issues like: Stress, Weight, Skin, Mensturation which in turn made me do yoga during my school times. I reversed all of my issues and people started noticing the changes and asked me to help them as well. I helped my mother, sister and a few of my friends and it worked insanely amazing for them as well. I thought of why not helping more people with my passion.
But before, I thought of getting more deep insights and knowledge about Yoga and its aspects. I did a few certifications in Yogasana, Pranayama, Holistic Wellness and Meditation. This made me surrender myself more into YOG, because this time I had more unique experineces which drastically changed my Personality (inner self), which is what made me do a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Science from one of the best insititute: Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga,Ministry of AYUSH, Govt of India. Then I cleared YCB level 3 certified "Yoga Teacher and Evaluator" in 2019, since then I am helping more and more people on daily basis.

I have a vast knowledge of Yoga (hatha, power, vinayasa, ashtanga, yin etc) along with fitness routines(Cardio, Strength workout, AMRAP etc). I usually mix and match my classes to increase the effectiveness of the class and help my students with their fat loss, muscle gain and toning concerns.
