About Zoe
It is an honor to be able to share the joy of movement with others, and give them the tools to make dance a part of their life. For over 15 years, I’ve been been able to experience dance from the student’s perspective in my training at Royal Amelia Dance Academy and the University of Florida. I have also taught dance classes and summer intensives for students ages 2-18. In my approach to teaching, I strive to provide students with a dance experience that is positive and enjoyable while emphasizing proper placement, body mechanics, and artistic quality of movement.

In my classes, I prioritize proper technique and building strength, as well as the joy of artistic expression for all levels. My classes involve stretching and conditioning, learning choreography, and practicing improvisation. I seek to challenge my students and to affirm them for all their effort and progress.
