About Steven
I trained in California under my teacher, Ibok in Costa Mesa. I trained with him for a year before opening my own business in Oklahoma. I was then asked to teach for Brown University during the pandemic, and I started a yoga series for the undergrad and graduate students. I participated in the yoga warrior campaign, and now I am providing my services remotely and in person in Iowa.

I teach Kriya yoga and vinyasa flow. My course is 45 minutes of Vinyasa flow and 15 minutes of meditation.
I incorporate bar fusion as fillers between asanas and breath works at the beginning of each class.
I specialize in muscle toning and speed training.
Kriya yoga is traditional fire yoga.
