About Su
I am a certified yoga Instructor from svyasa university!
As part of my yoga training, I learnt asanas, sukshma vyayama, pranayam, trataka, chantings, four types of yoga, and cyclic meditation I can help students learn yoga, pranayam, mediation and basic chanting based on requirement. I feel blessed to share the knowledge I acquired!

I follow svyasa university style of teaching i.e., 8 step teaching method for each asana, the steps are introduction, demonstration(silent demonstration, demonstration with count, demonstration with counts, breathingand explanation), benefits and limitations, individual practice , practice in pair, questions & answers, key points, group practice. Pranyama and cyclic meditation will be taught in sequential order such that even a beginner can easily understand.
