About Diana
Started yoga from 2009 attended different yoga workshops and seminars. From 2013 to 5 years of your own yoga studio in Estonia, where gives classes of Iyengar yoga for beginners, Hatha yoga, Prenatal yoga for yoga and yoga workshops. This year finished Yoga Hatha Yoga Teacher and Spine Yoga Therapy.

I use yoga alignment and yoga therapy. I have strong influence of Iyengar yoga, what is Hatha yoga based. I studied as well as yoga therapy. Group class is usually 1h30 and therapy private class is 1h. I use yoga props like belts, blocks, blankets and chairs for the better posture
