About David
I have a degree in Geography and Master Degree in Territorial Development in Local Administration from the University of Santiago de Compostela. I currently live in the city of A Coruna. In 2010 I moved to Namibia to work as a volunteer for a Spanish NGO in rural development issues and basic habitability. During my stay in Namibia I came into contact with the world of yoga (concealed information) hand. Since then I have not stopped practicing this way of life and have deepened lot of disciplines (Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Rishikesh, Power Yoga, integral Yoga, Yin Yoga and Classical Yoga). When I return Coruna end of 2015 I'm practicing with Carmen R. King, School of Yoga Saraswati in A Coruña. In October 2016 I decide to turn around my life in order to devote full time to yoga and start my training for it in this wonderful world. In November I start a course of yoga instructors hand (concealed information) International School of Yoga and begin to teach yoga classes voluntarily in the Civic Center Labañou (A Coruña). On the other hand, I have extensive training in educational issues with a large volume of titles, among which I can excel in Teacher Training Course.

I imagine yoga as the best way to unite body and mind in a balanced manner. Hatha Yoga is my favorite discipline but have deepened in others such as the integral Yoga, Vinyasa, Rishikeh, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga or Classical Yoga. I also practice different varieties of meditation. I am aware of the diversity of physical and skills levels of my students so I always adapt to your needs and desires. I guarantee that, with perseverance, in less than one month notice in your body, physical and spiritual changes associated with this wonderful way of life.
