As a yoga instructor, I guide my students with a heart-centered, intuitive approach that blends breath, movement, and mindfulness. My teaching is rooted in Hatha and Vinyasa traditions, but I also integrate elements of restorative yoga, meditation, and somatic awareness to create a balanced experience that nurtures both body and spirit. I value inclusivity, curiosity, and connection, and my goal is to help each student feel empowered, grounded, and at home in their body. I incorporate breath-led movement, visualization, and subtle energetic cues. My sessions often include optional meditation, gentle pranayama, and moments of stillness to integrate the practice fully.
