About Enzo
I started taking yoga classes after an accident 5 years ago. After seeing the transformation that Yoga produced in me, I decided to take the Yoga Teaching Course at the International Yoga Federation in Palermo, Buenos Aires. I am currently continuing my studies to become a Yoga Master.

I teach Integral Yoga. This is a holistic blend of various styles of yoga, including (but not limited to) Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa, Power, and Flow. This type of Yoga allows me, as the teacher, to identify the needs of the student and their body, including its limits. In response, I design different sequences optimal for his/her practice. In my classes, you'll work through various postural sequences, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques.
