About SOFIA
I am very gentle and kind but can push you if you are looking to get pushed. I have traveled many places and learned from practitioners of yoga in many stages and everyone has their own approach. I like to teach with music, focusing on technique and form and allowing my students to reach their highest potential. Whether that is strength, pain relief, focus, or relaxation, I have the tools to help you get there.

I've been a lover and practitioner of Yoga since i was a child. I danced all my life. About a year and a half ago I made the move to get certified and give this a real shot. I love helping people and sharing the knowledge I have gathered with others. Yoga is for every type of body in every stage of their life. :)
