About Nicole
I am currently a high school yoga and mindfulness educator who has been teaching teens and pre-teens since 2001. I am a 500 Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, trained in trauma-informed youth yoga and mindfulness, I am a Transformation Meditation Teacher, and I have a master's degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education.

My approach is to help guide my students find wellness tools using yoga, mindfulness, and meditation in order to help manage their stress and find ways to live a healthier, happier, more fulfilled life that works best for them. I am passionate about working with children and teens to give them ways to empower themselves to make their self care a priority.
