About Ajten
I have been practicing yoga for several years and have deepened my experience by studying yoga in Bali. However, I gradually realized that yoga is not just an exercise for me. It is a lifestyle, a way of perceiving yourself, your body and the life around us with greater peace, respect and perspective. I believe that yoga can change not only your body, but also your perspective on life. It helps you slow down, connect more with yourself and feel better physically and mentally. In my lessons, I want to help people above all — create a space where there is no need to perform or be perfect. Every person is different, and therefore I approach each person individually according to what they need at the moment. My goal is for you to feel lighter, calmer and more yourself after the lesson.

My goal is for you to feel good in your body — not only physically, but also mentally. Each lesson is individually tailored to your needs, goals, and current capabilities. Together, we will focus on exactly what you need: - more dynamic power yoga to improve fitness and energy - hatha yoga focused on strength, stability, and endurance - stretching and relaxation lessons for mobility and flexibility - breathing exercises and stress relief - conscious movement and better connection with your body Lessons are suitable for: - complete beginners - intermediate and advanced - people with sedentary jobs - anyone who wants to slow down, improve movement, or gain more energy My approach is calm, supportive, and without pressure to perform. Yoga should be about making you feel better after the lesson than before.
