About Hernan
Hi. My name is Hernán Martínez. I am a contemporary dancer, im studied at UNA. I am also an instructor of body techniques - yoga and Pilates. I have taught classes for more than 13 years in Argentina and USA. Currently I teach face-to-face and online classes.

The work aims to strengthen and make the body more flexible. For this I use as a basis the corporality that yoga proposes, fused with the bases of Pilates, thus achieving a very complete training for the body. The classes are aimed at all body types, trained or not, who are interested in immersing themselves in body awareness, in order to achieve a better quality of life.
