About Shona
I have recently graduated with a first class honours in Fashion Management. Following my yoga certification I am now attaining my personal training qualifications alongside teaching yoga. I have been practicing yoga for some time now and have learnt how to improve my life through my practice and I wish to share this knowledge with others.

I alter each session to your needs and wants depending on your lifestyle. I may ask some general lifestyle questions to know best what your body needs to ensure your practice is the most beneficial for you. I will also do breathing practice and some meditation in each session to ensure the mental benefits will always match the physical.

If the distance of travel is not far I will not charge a travel fee. There is a £5 cancellation fee if you cancel on the day and the lesson fee can be refunded or rebooked.
