About Shruthi
I'm a registered yoga teacher (Ryt 200) and have also trained in Hatha Yoga, Astanga Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Pre-natal & Post-natal, Partner's Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation.
I have always been interested in health & wellbeing. I love yoga because it brings us to the now while we develop a better relationship understanding our bodies, minds & spirits.

I'm a registered yoga teacher (Ryt 200) and have also trained in Hatha Yoga, Astanga Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Pre-natal & Post-natal, Partner's Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. I'm registered with Yoga Alliance and studied at Ryttc for my teacher training at Rishikesh(Yoga capital of the world).
I enjoy taking multi-level classes so that everyone can enjoy the benefits of Yoga. I enjoy teaching it as well as practising all levels and styles myself. I want to always keep myself with beginners mind and to be open. There is something for everyone for wherever they are right now.Yoga meets you exactly where you are.
