At the same time that I feel calm and in communication with my body, I also feel challenged, craving for the next step, wanting to improve everyday.
Margarida is a very calm and patient teacher, she will guide and support you, while explaining which and what position mean and what they do to your body. She also makes sure that you are always careful with any type of movement in order to not harm yourself.
Finally, at the end of the class, there’s the meditation, which is also amazing and very satisfying. With her calm voice, Margarida makes you focus in the moment, forget everything from the real world and just enjoy the calm of the present.
