About Sarah E
Sarah Speck graduated from Yoga on High’s 200 hr Teacher Training in 2019 and has since then pursued certifications in stand up paddle board and trauma sensitive yoga. Sarah is currently enrolled in a 300 hr course to future her yoga education. She currently volunteers at the Star House homeless youth drop in center on a weekly basis, teaching yoga to homeless children and teens. She is a mental health advocate, and she facilitated support groups for those living with Bipolar Disorder, incorporating mindfulness and meditation into all of her meetings. Her certification is in Vinyasa Yoga, and her teaching style is fast paced with lots of movement and creative expression. Sarah also teaches Yin/Restorative yoga. Sarah’s life mission is to empower her students to find their authentic voice and radically accept themselves exactly as they are in the present moment.

I teach mainly vinyasa yoga with a focus on self expression and empowerment. I also teach restorative and stand up paddle board yoga. Each class consists of meditation, breathing exercises, a warm up, standing poses, Hip openers, core exercises, back bends, inversions and a final resting pose. Every class can be catered to your individual needs.
