About Yogita
I have been trained at S-VYASA in Bangalore and at Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre, a leading yoga training institute in the world. I have been a teacher trainer for over eight years and worked with thousands of international students.
A highly motivated yoga enthusiast with warm and endearing teaching style. I become intuitive towards the needs of a student. I strive to impart experience and knowledge across the range of subjects including meditation, mantra chanting, pranayama, kriyas and yogasanas during the regular classes and during teachers training programs and yoga holiday retreats. I am a keen practitioner of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga and also specialised yoga therapy
