About Gitika
I'm a PhD Research Scholar working on the effects of yoga therapy. I completed my graduation and post graduation in yoga science and yoga therapy, respectively. It's been 7 years I'm learning, practicing and spreading the knowledge of yoga. I'm trained to provide yoga therapy to patients as well as healthy population.

I provide personalised as well as group classes with the holistic approach of yoga. I also provide therapy sessions for different kind of physical and mental health conditions. Duration for practical session is approximately 1 hour. Apart from practical classes of yoga I also teach theoretical and philosophical aspects of yoga.
