Hello! My name is Kapil Joshi and I am a nutritionist. I help people with metabolic conditions(diabetes, PCOS, PCOD, Thyroid hormone imbalance,non-alcoholic fatty liver, GERD) by providing them with nutritional guidance. I develop individualized meal plans and provide education on how to make lifestyle changes that will improve their health. I also work with people to make sure they are getting the nutrients they need from their food and supplements. I have a passion for helping people reach their health goals and improve their quality of life.
