Hola,es un chef con muchos conocimientos en cocina internacional, hicimos paella me enseñó varias versiones españolas de este plato y de varios mas, además es fotógrafo de comida me enseñó también 2 técnicas de cómo realizar las fotos para que los platos se vean más grandes y apetitosos
Le encanta explicar y ayudar a alas personas, le gusta su trabajo y lo hace con amor y creo que lo trasmite cuando lo hace
La cocina como el arte se basan en el interior del artista, el ha perfeccionado su vida, y su cocina de forma rigurasa cuidando cada sabor sin descuidar sus mezclas
