About Daniela
Hi all! My name is Daniela, I have a degree in communication, cultural management and permaculture. I have trained in healthy cooking and vegan cooking in my last years of travelling in New Zealand, Australia and the United States. In Australia I worked with the vegan cuisine masterchef, Sajeela Cormack - where we prepared a variety of dishes, participated in different farmer's markets and gave several courses. I offer healthy cooking classes, where we will learn how to make an entrance, a main and a sweet. The used ingredients will be simple and accessible . I will guide you in the preparation of the different dishes and in the use of different ingredients so that the combinations made is not only delicious but also nutritious and healthy. Do you want to change your eating habits and you do not know how to do it? Do you want to learn new recipies to introduce healthier habits to your family? Do you want to reduce the intake of animal products? Well, so this is a course for you :) You can take as many classes you want, in the same class we will start and finish the dishes. The more classes you take, more dishes and more tricks your healthy menu will have! I am an accessible and very flexible person, accompanying the students not only to acquire or reinforce knowledge but also to generate confidence in themselves to be able to develop their own skills in the best way. I love cooking, its aromas, flavors and the different creations we can achieve by combining simple elements.

My way of teaching you is sharing. We will make the recipes together, in a flexible and open manner. Accompanying your needs and preferences. The classes are aimed for all audiences, from children to adults of all ages. My idea is to make the classes dynamic and fun, I am relaed person , so it is very important for me that we enjoy this meeting.
