About Daksha
I am a Sports physiotherapist. I have done my 4.5 yrs of graduation from Delhi University and 2 yrs of Masters in sports physiotherapy. I have biology+maths backgroud in my 11th and 12th standard. I have certification in first aid and basic life support. I also teach pre and postnatal exercises to expecting mothers.

My teaching method is always based on concepts and practicals. I beleive in clearing concepts rather than just reading texts from books. I prefer to teach with various videos and more interactive session. My classes are always two way.. I share some knowldege to my students andI also gain something from them
