About Iris
I recently graduated from New York University in Mathematics and Computer Science, and currently work in a financial management company in Paris. I was born in the Parisian suburbs, and I moved to the United States in 2011. I have worked since 2015 as a tutor in English, French and math for the American university exams. I am used to working with students to help them fill in their gaps and progress at their own pace.

I base the way I teach my lessons on my own experience: I learned English myself while being surrounded by English speakers. So I think the best way to learn the language is to take a course entirely in English! We will work on oral comprehension and expression through conversations, and on written comprehension and expression with text studies on subjects of your choice. I also offer TOEFL preparation courses, an English level exam required by American universities for students who were not born in an English-speaking country.
