Bachelor of Arts in Jazz performance at the university of Manitoba. I have taught trumpet privately as well as in the group settings. I have studied and played with many professional musicians and continue to stay active in my surrounding music community.

I like to see where my students are at and adapt to make the best program for them. At the same time, I always plan structured lessons in order to deliver a lesson that can sequence and scaffold in the most effective way. As a jazz musician I believe in building a strong facility on the instrument to allow for a versatile and dynamic approach to improvising.
