I always prefer identifying the most important and underlying subjects, in this case, professionalism. Then I believe its very paramount that I understand how much the learners know with respect to the subject matter in questions. From the student's understanding (or lack of) of the subject matter, I am able to pick up their weakenesses and then strive to improve them on those weaknesses.
