About Wendy
I have found my calling and being a life coach is me living my purpose.
My kind and gentle nature along with my non-judgemental and highly empathetic approach creates the safe space and foundation required to build a strong coaching relationship.
My personal life experience and broad range of interest and knowledge in areas including self development, psychology, sociology, NLP, counselling skills, communication skills and spirituality gives me a wide scope of knowledge and many tools and techniques to help you through the most difficult situations.
My personal experience from a traumatic and difficult past enables me to easily relate and empathise with others and share tools and techniques I have personally tested that have completely changed my life.
My personality, interests, skills, life experience and strong desire to help others has all led me to become a life coach and work in a career I am truly passionate about.
