I’ve known kenny for awhile, he’s been my personal trainer for over three years, he’s very professional, great coach and I would personally recommend him to anyone.
We started working out together in uni, we were roommates for years, amazing and disciplined guy when it comes to fitness, I remember how many times he pushes me to go to the gym when I ddnt feel like, you know how there’s always a gym duo (a short and a tall dude)? Well I’m the short one lol.. I’ve seen him coach loads of people at the gym and they got their results… you have my word, u can trust him!
