As a fitness personal trainer, my approach as a tutor is to provide my clients with personalized, comprehensive and practical training programs that are tailored to their unique needs, goals and fitness level. My teaching method is centered around a client-centered approach, where I work closely with my clients to identify their individual fitness needs, assess their strengths and limitations, and design a program that is tailored to their specific goals.
In terms of techniques, I use a variety of instructional techniques such as demonstration, verbal instruction, and hands-on correction to ensure that my clients fully understand and execute each exercise correctly and safely. I also use a mix of traditional strength training exercises, functional movements, and cardiovascular exercises to keep the workouts varied and engaging.
A typical lesson plan with me would involve a warm-up session to prepare the body for the workout, followed by a strength or resistance training session, and then a cardio or conditioning session to elevate heart rate and burn calories. I also incorporate mobility exercises and cool-down stretches to help clients improve flexibility and prevent injury.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to connect with my clients on a personal level and build a strong rapport with them.
