About Ashley

I am currently a second years student who currently plays division 1 tennis at the collegiate level. I have played tennis for over 9 years and have received valuable knowledge from tennis coaches, fitness trainers, nutritionists, psychologists, professors and more. I am studying business marketing alongside my tennis career.

About the lesson

My teaching method is dependant on who I am working with. I will cater workouts to an individuals physical capabilities, age, work load, injuries, and other considerations. I will recommend what I believe is appropriate to be worked on and give you the freedom to exercise those options.
