I am an advanced student of the university faculty of physical education. I have the certificate of personal trainer and bodybuilding instructor. I have been a hockey coach for more than 5 years. The first thing I do is meet my student. Know what your goals are, your physical fitness, your health history, your tastes, and your availability. Then, we will put together a training plan according to your availability and needs. I will make sure that you do not lose motivation and the continuity of training, and that you do it responsibly: you will have to undergo the corresponding medical check-ups and consult a nutritionist to accompany the training.
