About Pierpaolo

I am Italian, graduated in Physiotherapy in Spain and in Sports Science in Italy. I have worked for 6 years as a coach (Italy) for private and also for users who came in the gym and of course I have had the opportunity to accompany a sportsman of any discipline in the improvement of athletic performance. Since I live in Spain I have worked as a Physiotherapist and trainer. I love what I do and I love that those who trust me can achieve their goals.

About the lesson

I am specialized in weights and fitness as well as in the discipline of bodybuiling, and everything that is fitness and sports psychology. And with Physiotherapy I have found the best way to train any type of client, who has or less a problem: with me there will be no problems in finding the best way to train and improve quality of life and physical function.
