For 10 years in Fitness and Personalized Coaching.
I worked 6 years in the gym.

Specialized in Fitness, bodybuilding, fitness and nutrition.

I make it a point of honor that the course is above all a good time, whether you are there to surpass yourself or to maintain yourself.
I am also very attentive to the technique in order to never get hurt.

About the lesson

Personal coaching (or between friends) at home or outdoors (Paris and Vincennes).

To begin, we will establish your objectives. Whether you are active, sedentary or in rehabilitation, my job is to adapt to your abilities and your personality in order to evolve together.

Classes are alternated on different exercises and will change every 6 to 10 sessions depending on your progress.

I will travel with my equipment (elastics / light weights) if necessary.
