how i teach to people online is to take their height, weight, age, sex, daily routine, fitness goals and then i work in background to design a solid plan in both nutrition and workouts for both gym goers and non gym goers and this plan is flexible where the aspired athlete is guided throught the journey. final objective is to acheive what client wants within given estimated time and happy at the ending when you reach it.
