About Vivek
Having trained over 500+ clients through both in-person and virtual coaching, I specialize in strength training, posture correction, injury rehabilitation, and stress-relief fitness—particularly suited for professionals in sedentary or high-stress roles such as legal practitioners. I have previously worked with senior executives and government officers and am adept at maintaining strict confidentiality and decorum. I hold a Certified Personal Trainer credential from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and am also First Aid and CPR certified, ensuring safe training practices in institutional settings.

My teaching techniques would be quite different from others as I focus on practical and logical skills & applied knowledge including theoretical approach. Starting from the basic level to the advanced according to your comfort zone will be taught whether your field is completely different or you are a fitness enthusiast. My class interaction will be in a very easy and interesting environment. It will not be like a regular class; we would enjoy and have fun in learning new things about our body systems, movements, muscles, techniques and much more.
